About Me

I'm a Jesus lovin', caffeinated, craft-addict, entrepreneurial, mom.

I married my best friend and love of my life in May of 2011. We've since expanded our family from 1 to 4 children--Little Love, Love Bug, Bugaboo, & Lo Bug.

The main reason for starting this blog was to connect my friends and family who I don't get to see often with the happenings of our family. Since then, it has grown some with the addition of product reviews and things our family is striving to achieve. I hope you enjoy learning with us and about our family. Here's a little more about me:

I adore snow and cold weather.

Christmas is my absolute favorite time of the year.

I love wrapping and giving gifts.

I'm a firm believer in karma.

I'm passionate about music and singing.

I love to read.

I love to spend time with my kids, reading, playing, and having fun!

Knitting and crocheting are two of my favorite hobbies. I also enjoy cross-stitching.

I try hard to be organized, but somehow never seem to quite get there.

I'm currently teaching myself to sew (mostly baby things right now).

I'm obsessed with cloth diapers, including sewing my own!

I love babywearing and have become obsessed with Oscha woven wraps.

I care about the environment and my family's impact on it so we are trying out some more eco-friendly, homemade things.

Family means the world to me because without them, I wouldn't be where I am today.

My motto's in life are:
~God will never give me anything I can't handle as long as I rely on Him.
~Everything happens for a reason.
~What's meant to be, will.

Everyone can incorporate habits into their lives that improve well-being and add joy and purpose to every day.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails." 1 Corinthians 13:4-8
